OWC systems have turned into a state-of-the-art technology because of their superior performance uniqueness and its innumerable characteristic as compared to RF. One the application is inter-satellite wireless optical communication (Is-WOC), this framework can be improved by using different ways such advanced modulation formats aperture diameter. We demonstrate an analysis based on diameter effect in transmission single channel with 40 Gb/s Is-WOC system three methods, differential phase-shift keying (DPSK) duty ratio 66% 33% duobinary. Choosing these modulations from various format done depending advantage they provide where DPSK gives fiber nonlinearity powerful robustness less susceptible SPM XPM for requirements dispersion compensation duobinary, it provides higher chromatic tolerance mitigate. The result shows transmitter (from 2 20 cm) constant distance 200 km accomplished quality factor minimum BER. conclude there great loss small diameter, even presence best format, therefore increase Q-factor increase, but some increased rise linear other changing non-linear fixed point equal 5.63.
